Full-Time | €36,000 per annum
Location: Right at Home Drogheda Office, with travel across the CHO8 region.
Right at Home is looking for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Officer to join our growing team, supporting recruitment across the greater CHO8 region.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in home care who enjoys working with people, building relationships and making a real difference in their community.
The successful candidate will be based in our Drogheda office and will take responsibility for supporting recruitment activity across CHO8, working closely with our Business Managers, HR and Compliance teams to ensure we attract, recruit and onboard high-quality Home Care Assistants.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Home Care Assistants across the CHO8 region.
Advertising vacancies, screening applications and conducting interviews.
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of suitable candidates.
Working closely with Business Managers to identify recruitment needs and support business growth.
Liaising with the Compliance team to ensure candidates progress efficiently through the onboarding process.
Coordinating recruitment events, job fairs and community recruitment initiatives.
Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Developing local recruitment strategies to attract Home Care Assistants across the region.
Supporting recruitment activity across other Right at Home offices when required.
What We're Looking For
Previous recruitment experience, ideally within the home care or healthcare sector.
Experience working within home care and a strong understanding of the sector.
Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
An understanding of recruitment compliance and onboarding requirements within home care.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet recruitment targets.
A proactive approach to recruitment and the ability to build strong working relationships.
A full driving licence and access to your own car are essential, as travel between Right at Home offices and across the CHO8 region is a requirement of the role.

Salary: €36,000 per annum
Hours: 39 hours per week
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Office Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Base Location: Right at Home Drogheda Office
Travel: Regular travel between offices and throughout CHO8 is essential. Occasional weekend attendance may be required for recruitment events.
