Right at Home, one of Ireland's leading home care agencies, are seeking an experienced and motivated Healthcare Recruiter for South Dublin/Kildare to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring qualified healthcare employees across various roles.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and issuing employment offers.
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring completion of Garda vetting, reference checks, work permits, and induction training.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with GDPR and industry standards.
HR Administration
- Prepare and manage employee documentation, including contracts and employee files.
- Track leave entitlements, and liaise with payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Support disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes by preparing documentation and coordinating meetings.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation, HIQA standards, and company policies.
- Conduct audits on employee records and training compliance.
- Prepare HR reports and key performance indicators for leadership team and management.
Employee Relations & Retention
- Act as a point of contact for general HR queries from employees.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
- Manage probationary periods and performance appraisals.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR administration and recruitment, within the healthcare or homecare sector.
- Good understanding of Irish employment legislation and GDPR.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Full, clean driving licence.
Desirable Attributes
- HR qualification or CIPD membership.
- Experience with Garda vetting and visa/work permit processes.
- Familiarity with HIQA standards and inspections.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
