Right at Home a leading Home Care company are seeking an Area Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing home care company with a strong collaborative culture. We are consistently working to improve the quality of our services by hiring people of a high calibre and developing them to their full potential.
We currently have a full time position available for Area Manager in our South Dublin Office.

Duties include
- Oversee & assist in the management of duties of the coordinator and supervisors
- Must ensure that all clients are allocated appropriate and timely care
- Ensure all carers are conducting themselves according to company policy
- Undertake quality assurance checks including Service reviews, spot checks, Care plan updates
- Train, mentor and support carer team
- Manage relationships between Clients / Families and Right at Home
- Respond to service enquiries promptly
- To participate in and contribute to business development of Right at Home
- To ensure all quality, statutory & HSE obligations are fully met
- Timely reporting and sharing of information to relevant stakeholders
- To meet and exceed all targets
- Taking the an call phone where necessary
- To adhere to all policies and procedures of Right at Home.
- Work effectively as part of a team.

- Proven leadership & people management skills
- Quality management experience
- Business Acumen
- Self motivated
- Confident & Collaborative – championing a high-performance organisation
- Hold Health Care Qualification
- Min 2 years supervisory background in health / social care
- Car driver with car
- IT proficient
- Be flexible to assist with other duties
